What forms of payment do you accept?

IN-STORE: The bookstore accepts cash, checks (with a student ID number), debit and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, ApplePay). Students may use financial aid at the beginning each semester. SFA can only be used for in-store purchases. 

Is it safe to use my personal information on the website?

Yes. All your login information is sent via encrypted SSL. The bookstore will never sell or distribute any of your account information to third parties.

What is considered Financial Aid?

Financial aid may include Pell grants, scholarships, awards, loans. Students can check their financial aid balance by logging onto their myBlackhawk.

When can I purchase with my Financial Aid?

You may charge books, supplies and clothing in the college stores after verification of awards has been posted to your account and the information is sent to the stores. Financial aid cannot be used to purchase food or drink in the bookstore.

Why doesn't it give me the option to ship or pay for anything online?

The EC bookstore only offers in-store pick-up and payment options. If you need something shipped, please visit the Quad Cities Bookstore website.
